In a shocking turn of events, cinematographer Halyna Hutchins lost her life on Thursday after actor Alec Baldwin accidentally misfired a prop gun during a film shoot in New Mexico.

According to witnesses, Hutchins stumbled backward and fell into the arms of the chief electrician on set as blood poured out of her chest. In her final moments, she uttered her last words, "That was no good. That was no good at all."
Moment of Tragedy
Baldwin was practicing a stunt when a prop gun he was holding discharged, fatally striking Hutchins. The incident occurred during a rehearsal on the set of the Western movie "Rust." Also injured was the film's director, Joel Souza, who suffered shoulder injuries.
Production on "Rust" has been suspended indefinitely while authorities investigate the tragedy. No charges have been filed at this time.
