Tennessee Baseball Releases 2022 Schedule
Packed with Home Games and a Trip to Omaha
Knoxville, Tenn. - The Tennessee baseball program revealed its full 2022 schedule on Tuesday, featuring 37 home games, a trip to Omaha, and a challenging non-conference slate.
The Vols will open the season on Feb. 18 with a three-game series against Indiana State at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. Tennessee will then host Wright State (Feb. 22-24), Western Carolina (Feb. 26-28), Wake Forest (March 4-6), and Louisiana (March 8-10) before opening SEC play at South Carolina on March 11.
Tennessee's non-conference schedule also includes a trip to Omaha for the College World Series from June 17-27. The Vols will face the winner of the Tallahassee Regional in their opening game.
The Vols will play their first SEC home series against Kentucky from March 18-20. Tennessee will also host Vanderbilt (April 8-10), Georgia (April 22-24), Auburn (May 6-8), and Missouri (May 13-15).
